○ 5+ years of experience working in .NET 4.5/4.6 or .NET Core
○ Work with different stakeholders of a project to define project objectives and
requirements.
○ Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet customer needs in a timely
manner with available resources.
○ Work with the team to develop project deliverables including: implementation
plan, project schedule, project budget.
○ Create a high level design of the application components, their responsibilities,
and interfaces
